Job Description

Allegiance Home Health and Rehab is currently seeking LPNs with Home Health experience to work for our agency. 

We are also seeking per-diem LPNs with Home Health Experience to join the team! 

Do you have a positive attitude and experience in home healthcare? Are you compassionate and detail-oriented and do you have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing daily assignments? Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment and care
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Responds to emergency situations

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing at a minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current CPR Card from the American Heart Association
• Experience in home healthcare required
