Advantage Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Installer to join our dedicated team. • Installation: Perform installations of HVAC systems and plumbing equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
• System Testing: Test installed systems for proper functionality and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain installation processes, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
• Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

• Experience: 1-3 years experience as an Installer in HVAC and plumbing.
• Licensing: EPA Certification required, and Oklahoma Journeyman License is highly preferred, but but will work with the right out of state JM licensed candidates to get them certified in Oklahoma.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and lift heavy equipment.
