- Compensation: Average annual earnings between $72,000 and $92,000, including base pay and performance incentives (starting base $23.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience)

About the Role As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll handle maintenance and repairs for a variety of residential heating and cooling systems, provide mentorship to other technicians, and collaborate with the Service Manager to enhance our service quality and training programs.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and on-call duties
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred, Type II accepted)
- Strong customer service skills and technical troubleshooting proficiency
- Commitment to ongoing training and a willingness to invest in necessary tools
