Experienced Line Cook - Pasquaney Restaurant and Bar at Newfound Lake Inn
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team at the vibrant Pasquaney Restaurant and Bar, located within the Newfound Lake Inn. This year-round, full-time position offers a competitive wage of $18-21 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and the chef's specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and excellent presentation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary practices
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow direction
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (Wednesday - Sunday, 1 PM to close)
- Excellent communicator and able to work in a team environment
