You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams which have been recognized by the U.S. Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

In this role, you will:

• Create and implement data file management systems
• Oversee the implementation of various policies that support the implementation of the data file management system
• Ensure security and accessibility of critical records and information by implementing security safeguards
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Organize and archive records for easy retrieval
• Ensure that all files are accurately and routinely updated, securely stored, and easily retrievable when needed
• Teach the proper handling of records according to company policies
• Collect and manage information from different public and private entities
• Ensure employees understand datafiles/records management policies
• Recommend storage requirements and different media formats for datafiles and important information
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills

To be successful, you should have the following skills

• Active Security Clearance
• U.S. Citizen
• Associates degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in data entry and datafile management.
• Ability to quickly learn new functional skills with good time management.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft TEAMS/Microsoft Office products in order to use and create spreadsheets, reports and presentations
• Attention to detail and accuracy with good prolem-solving abilites
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information
