What You’ll Do
As a key player at the front lines of healthcare, you’ll handle a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth patient experiences:

• Greet & Guide: Be the welcoming face for patients as they step through our doors.
• Master the Phones: Manage high volumes of inbound calls with a calm, professional tone.
• Scheduling Genius: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with ease.
• Patient Registration: Ensure seamless check-ins and verify insurance details.
• Keep Records Spotless: Prepare charts, enter demographics, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Surgical Coordination: Schedule surgeries and handle pre-authorizations like a pro.
• Clerical Support: Help the team with essential tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 2 years in a hospital, clinic, or doctor’s office
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Multitasking Magic: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision
• Communication Excellence: Stellar verbal and written skills
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; experience with medical software (EPIC, IDX, Cerner, or Eagle) is a plus!
• Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a big bonus!
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
• COVID-19 Compliance: Proof of vaccination is required

Schedule & Perks

• Hours: Monday – Friday (1st shift), with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Pay: $22 - $24 per hour, along with the chance to work in a field where your impact is immediate and valued.
