Pay Range: $25.00/hr to $36.00/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Removing, replacing, and installing all types of plumbing fixtures in residential homes, business buildings, and civic structures
• Diagnosing malfunctions, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and piping systems
• Reviewing building plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems and ensure accurate installation.
• Communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner
• Work with outside vendors to purchase material and equipment
• Train and lead apprentices and/or helpers
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements and applicable codes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving history
• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in all types of weather
• Ability to use tools of the trades, including but not limited to plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers
• Ability to train and lead plumbing apprentices and helpers
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a plus
