Benefits and Compensation
Base compensation includes a competitive hourly rate ($21-$26 per hour to start based upon demonstrated skills) plus opportunities to earn bonuses.

We are a company who understands that while the service industry may require some level of on-call availability, we also understand the importance of balancing work life and home life. We have tackled the issue of being ‘on-call’ by:
- Having a live, after-hours message service screen emergency calls before a technician is contacted
- Our rotating on-call schedule is available at least a month in advance so that our technicians know well in advance what their schedule will be
