Your Role as an Experienced Structured Cabling Technician:

• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot Cat6 and fiber optic cabling in commercial environments.
• Set up and configure structured cabling support structures, including cable trays, conduit, J-hooks, and racks.
• Work with access control systems, security cameras, and other integrated communication systems as part of larger installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine optimal cable paths and equipment placement.
• Perform testing and certification of cables to meet industry standards, ensuring quality and safety on every project.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of structured cabling experience in a commercial setting
• Proficiency in terminating and testing Cat6 and fiber optic cables
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot cabling issues, and work both independently and with a team
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
