Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced attorney to join their busy and growing transactional team. The position is with a reputable midsized law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse mix of government entities across the state of Georgia. Interested attorneys should have a minimum of 3 years experience handling contract review responsibilities. Experience with professional services and construction services contracts is highly preferred, but not required.
The incoming attorney will join an established tight-knit team of transactional attorneys and gain meaningful experience related to sophisticated government contracts for land use, construction, real estate, professional services, bond transactions, and many other related matters.
