Experienced Veterinary Assistant or RVT - Alpine Animal Hospital

Available schedule: Full-time position, shifts will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. NO WEEKENDS FOR A GREAT WORK-LIFE BALANCE!

WE ARE OPEN TO A RVT OR VETERINARY ASSISTANT WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH ANESTHESIA MONITORING!! Being a team player and having excellent work ethic are a must!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: admitting patients for procedures and exams, animal restraint, maintaining animal records and documenting conditions and updates, dental cleanings under anesthesia, taking dental radiographs, monitoring anesthesia, venipuncture including catheter placement, administering PO, SQ, IM, and IV medications, filling prescription's, completing laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging, and educating clients on veterinary medicine
