Experienced Warehouse Lead - Freight Breakers LLC

Freight Breakers is currently seeking an Experienced Warehouse Lead in the Romeoville area. Freight Breakers is a 3rd party company inside big name companies, i.e. IDL, Wayfair, Amazon, Treehouse Coffee, and Stanley Black and Decker. You are employed through Freight Breakers and not the client company. 

You will be over seeing your employees while documenting the correct times for each employee, assigning the correct truck/skus/quantity within the trucks.

Looking for someone who has the following: 

• Is a TEAM PLAYER
• ROLE MODEL
• FORKLIFT Experience (a plus but not currently needed)
• OSHA CERTIFIED (Preferred, but not required)
• Microsoft 365 knowledge (i.e. outlook, excel, word)
• Be able to count to 10.
• 1 year WAREHOUSE leadership
• Can use a pallet jack, and no afraid to move some pallets around

Schedule:

Starting time is 6:30am to 5:00pm (or until the trucks are finished)

Management team is encouraged to work their 40 hours a week. 

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 an hour (production incentives)

• The more your team accomplishes, the more you make per day. 

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry 5-90LBS.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
