Experiential Marketing Project Manager
Job Description
The group benefits market launch team is looking for a skilled Experiential Marketing Project Manager to continue evolving a critical function within the group benefits marketing team. In this role, the individual will support the go-to-market strategy to elevate and amplify key priorities through various marketing channels including email, social media, web and others. As a core member of the market launch team, you’ll work closely with partners inside group benefits and across the organization to execute project-oriented assignments. The ideal candidate is a master communicator, willing to adapt on-the-fly, problem solve and pay attention to critical details.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the execution of key market launch campaigns, developing assets and trafficking their production
+ Produce and support various webinar initiatives across a range of employee benefit topics
+ Develop organic social media & email campaigns that support our large market launch initiatives
+ Manage marketing requests that require enterprise support
+ Create and present materials that clearly articulate business results, outcomes, or strategy for a variety of audiences
+ Partner within group benefits to elevate and amplify our large conference initiatives
+ Generate new market launch ideas based on group benefits business priorities
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 7 years of related work experience in marketing/advertising/branding.
+ Action-oriented thinker
+ Solution-focused problem solver
+ Self-driven & self-starter
+ Partner-first mindset
+ Honest & transparent
+ Master communicator
+ Webinar experience
+ Competent writer
+ Workfront experience (a plus)
+ Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
+ PowerPoint skills (a plus)
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$98,080 - $147,120
