The Residential Marketing Team is looking for a creatively ambitious, results-oriented Experiential Marketing Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for our customers and prospects that support our core values and business objectives. This role is responsible for developing and managing localized marketing campaigns and in-store events that support our Store Sales Growth Strategies. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Store Operations, Field team, and key vendor partners to bring critical program initiatives to life. The successful candidate for this role will have experience in creating and managing project plans, developing and deploying measurable programs and tactics to support increased awareness and customer traffic in both New and Existing stores. This position will engage with a variety of corporate and field employees as well as dealer partners, while using their range of marketing skills.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive the planning, communication and execution of store grand opening and local events to increase Store Awareness, Customer Traffic and Will call Revenue
- Responsible for local trade advertising (print & digital) in collaboration with the Brand Content Marketing Team
- Manage Inventory with Key Vendors to support Store Openings, Local Events, and In Store Signing
- Monitor activities and deliverables to track progress against the schedule, resolve risks/issues, manage changes, and successfully deliver quality results on-time and on Budget
- Own the end-to-end work process architecture to anticipate and solve for complex problems, Develop, and maintain project plans and timelines that connect Content Marketing and Store Environment
- Support delivery and execution of Marketing special projects and Key initiatives
- Build, develop, and maintain strategic, cross-functional stakeholder relationships across the company
- Maintain Quarterly updates of Store Collateral, Maps, and Visual Guide in collaboration with cross-functional teams

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $78,400 - $102,900 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Requires a BA degree or an equivalent combination of eductation and experience, preferably in Communications or Marketing
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Small to Medium events planning/execution experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and Smartsheet
- Ability to multi-task, work with professionals at different levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail, with problem solving skills as a key strength
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Experience is critical
- Collaborative and Communicative Team player who is also an independent thinker
- Strong work ethic, with desire to help make others around you better
- Tenacious & resilient
