About the Job
Education/Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience
•3 years’ experience if no degree in a related field
•Thorough understanding and accurate maintenance of process-related systems (GPCS, eDCIS, NARS) schedule, monitor and manage day to day orders/deliveries to ISC Consolidate Centers.
•Investigate root cause for late orders, develop resolution and/or recovery plans with supplier and ISC Production Control
•Effectively communicate with Consolidation Center to meet packing requirements to customers, disposition inventory, investigate R/C and C/M supplier issues, and contribute to a safe and effective environment.
•Establish and maintain communication networks with supply base to promote positive relationships focused on delivery performance
Meets or exceeds requirements for Exempt Level 1 requirements
•Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing flow
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong organization skills
•Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently with limited direction
•Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based work environment
•Consistently identify opportunities for continuous improvement
•Collect data and apply business knowledge to solve a range of problems
•Understand project management fundamentals to effectively lead project themes
•Effectively sell ideas, securing buy-in from individuals or team
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
