Job Description:
This position interfaces with regional planners for delivery creation when needed, allocation requests and modification on sales orders.
In addition to handling regional planner's requests, it will support the export specialist team with KPI's and backup desk, it will interact with main GLPs and proactively identify improvement opportunities.

Accurately process all planners' orders (run deliveries, actinal text,
Reports: Run KPI reports in SAP
Track missing data or confirm on board shipments
Do Analysis:
Support regional planners with allocation requests, modification on sales orders, and delivery creation (transitional work process)
Plans, coordinates, and optimizes deliveries in TMS/SAP/JDE
Troubleshoot EDI transactions
Resolve discrepancies, mitigate risks and implement process improvements
Provides information to regions regarding order status, product availability, product information
Supports BD's transactional claim process with 3rd party claim company to increase global visibility and increase claim recovery
Knowledge Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, 2 + years International Business
