Job Title: Field Data Collector

The Field team is seeking talented individuals for future hiring initiatives. In this role, you will engage with diverse individuals, either by telephone or in person, to gather information on issues impacting social policy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and interviews with participants.
• Record and manage data accurately.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained.
• Provide feedback on survey processes and participant experiences.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in data collection is a plus.
