Achieve Rehab and Nursing -
Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is looking for a motivated self-starter to act as our external marketing liaison.
The primary job function of this position is as follows:
- Create and maintain good working relationships with local and regional Hospital case workers and other stake holders that the Hospitals.
- Spend a majority of time in the local and regional Hospitals.
- Follow up on new admission leads received from the Admission Director.
- Meet with prospective admission and their families to address any concerns or question they may have.
- Read through Hospital notes and verify acurracy.
- Create and maintain relationships with local advocacy groups such as Sullivan County Seniors Club.
- Create and maintain relationships with local Business development groups such as Sullivan County Chamber of comerce.
- Plan outside marketig events such as being involved in the alzihmers walk.
- Assist the facility in planning large scale events such as community holiday events.
This position answers directly to the Administrator of the facility, however, must be able to take direction from the Admission Director on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Reliable Vehicle
- Clean Drivers license
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good customer service skills
Prefered skills:
- Long term care clinical knowledge
- Knowledge of Managed care insurances
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements
- Medical marketing experience.
