About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Extrusion Operator to join our team. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently under varying shift schedules.
Location: Brentwood, NH
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Hourly Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 depending on experience

AVAILABLE SCHEDULES
Schedule 1:
- Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Shift Differential: $1.50/hour)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Schedule 2:
- Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Differential: $2.50/hour)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machinery
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in extrusion is required
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
