ASI is seeking a F-35 Modification Management Analyst to work in Arlington, VA supporting the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO).
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain various status tracking tools using Microsoft 365 products (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Read and interpret Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) to verify they were written properly and provide any required feedback to various IPTs
- Prepare and brief ECP planning and execution presentations to various IPTs and senior leaders throughout the JPO and to external stakeholders
- Manage Procurement Initiation Document (PID) activities in the Procurement Management Tool (PMT)
- Work with BFM to ensure all planned and actual execution of funds are documented and accurately reflected in the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR)
- Work with the depots and the Product Support Integrator for the Airframe (PSI(A)) to distribute and track the budget for over and above and auxiliary maintenance activities for depot instructions
- Collaborate with BFM and the Propulsion IPT to develop obligation and expenditure reports to support budget execution and reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Four years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team of government and contractor personnel
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products to include Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance
