About Wild Bear Inn
Wild Bear Inn places you in the heart of beautiful Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which is nestled in the scenic Great Smoky Mountains, just minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the most-visited national park in the country. As a member of the Wild Bear Inn team, you will help provide guests with an unforgettable vacation getaway at our ideally situated hotel.
As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience. Your role includes assisting with guest questions, maintaining a clean entrance area, and communicating with the waitstaff and kitchen team. You will also handle guest concerns professionally and contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
- Manage and coordinate reservations and seating arrangements.
- Keep dining areas clean and set.
- Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.
- Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
- Help create a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
