Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment, such as saws, drills, and presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand fabrication requirements.
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
• Assemble components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect fabricated parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain and clean fabrication equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient product.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
