What You Will Be Doing:

As the Fab/Welding Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the production schedule and overall direction of work of the Fabrication, Weld, and Aluminum Weld areas.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

Fab / Weld / Aluminum Weld efficiencies.
Ensure compliance of QC and Phase Inspections.
Ensure UL tank inspections.
Responsibility of accuracy and completion of production components.
Liaison for engineering and production.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED required.
3-5 years in operations for welding.
Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Deep understanding of the weld process.
Leadership, vision, competitiveness, and drive.
Strong accountability and initiative.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
