Essential Job Functions
- Measure aluminum extrusions for fabrication.
- Assemble cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames.
- Inspect materials against orders and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Engage actively in personal and workplace safety.
- Produce high-quality products with attention to detail.
- Ensure timely completion of orders to meet customer schedules.
- Follow managerial and team lead directions for daily tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in fabrication or construction.
- Successful completion of drug, background, and physical screenings.
