CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Facilities Management space in their search for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient scheduling, managing confidential information, and facilitating seamless communication across all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, emails, filing, and assist with administrative projects.
- Work with an excellent schedule and generous time off.
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, including scheduling, email and calendar management, and filing.
- Proven experience supporting administrative projects.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
