Facilitation Support Team Lead
Summary:
Responsibilities:
Prepare agenda and materials for workshops and training sessions
Synthesize data into a presentable format such as for creating decks, templates, collaborative whiteboards
Ability to take tangible ideas and translate them into requirements
Lead workshops with stakeholders to ideate on Client ideas, and co-create the roadmap(s) required for solution development and scaling of new digital solutions and experiences
Engage with clients to critically understand, reframe, and scope opportunities to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals
Help continuously develop and enhance our team's reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to organizational accomplishments
Interact with colleagues with a high degree of polish, professionalism, and reliability to ensure needs are met, changes are incorporated, and deliverables exceed expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Communications, Information Technology or Business Management preferred
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry preferred
Basic project management skillset (status, capturing meeting takeaways, etc)
Superior communication and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to effectively get buy-in at all levels and across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated effective organization, time management and can handle ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to deliver results under aggressive schedules
Familiarity with design thinking and synthesizing outputs
Ability to execute an appropriate assessment of technology in the competitive landscape
Expertise in Miro or other digital whiteboarding tools
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to function in a dynamic work environment
Able to balance multiple project initiatives
Ability to anticipate future project needs and plan accordingly
