The Facilitator will welcome, assist, and engage individual and group new hires throughout orientation week. They will provide information, explanations, directions, and guides about Lennar while upholding to our TDH standards. The person is expected to greet and mingle with future associates throughout their entire first week onboard.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Ensuring a positive experience: The facilitator will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have a positive experience during their onboarding process. This may involve providing support and guidance to new hires, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
The facilitator will lead both in-person and virtual orientation sessions for new associates to introduce them to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Provide training on specific tools or software that new employees will need to use.
Provide exceptional service and go above and beyond to ensure new hires are fully satisfied with their onboarding experience.
Conduct an outdoor community tour providing a high-level walkthrough of our business cycle.
Partnering with onboarding coordinator to handle all logistical details prior to associate arrival.
Have a full understanding of associate onboarding training tools.
Point of contact for post-orientation questions
Understand adult learning principals and learning styles.
Fully versed on Lennar culture and values to get each new hire well educated on the company.
Develop and facilitate trainings as centralized training capabilities are established.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience facilitating large in-person training, specifically in a corporate setting.
Ability to facilitate a full training cycle.
Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Psychology, HR, Education, Business) strongly preferred.
Strong Professional presence (communication both written and spoken)
Strong ability to engage well with associates and leaders.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is a position which requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models, and properties. Must also have the knowledge to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
