Facilities Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Associate to assist with building and maintenance operations. This role involves maintaining a safe and efficient working environment by assisting with general facilities maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Facilities Associate will support warehouse operations as needed, including organizing materials, assisting with shipments, and performing minor repairs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities.
• Lawncare Maintenance (Mowing/Weed Eating)
• Assist in managing inventory and organizing warehouse materials.
• Support loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in all work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
