As a Facilities Coordinator in the quick service industry, your role would involve overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and repair for multiple quick service restaurant locations. Additionally, you would work closely with the facilities operations manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement preventative maintenance programs, and address any facility-related issues in a timely manner. Your role is essential in supporting the efficient operation of quick service restaurants by maintaining their facilities in optimal condition.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites within an expansive geographic area.
- Efficiently handle a substantial volume of service requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with facilities management and operations teams to assess facility requirements and project planning.
- Supervise facility maintenance contracts and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Administer the facility work order system, ensuring timely assignment and completion of all work orders.
- Serve on a rotating on-call schedule for facility issues once a month.
- Serve as the primary contact for vendors and contractors, managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance and service delivery.
- Accurately input and track data in the work order system to monitor service requests and assign tasks to the appropriate providers.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in interactions with facility vendors to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external contractors.
- Conduct data analysis, store work order history, and track invoice records.
- Handle logistics for shipping and tracking goods for the Facilities Department.
- Generate and maintain regular reports on work order status, service provider performance, and technician efficiency.
- Receive and process incoming mail, including fines, permits, and alarm notifications, adhering to established protocols.
- Act as the main liaison for external vendors and contractors involved in store improvements, overseeing project progress and adherence to timelines.
- Optimize resource allocation for projects to minimize costs while upholding quality standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.
HERE'S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in facility management, construction management, store operations, or a related field. Familiarity with various facilities and building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
- Data Analysis - Demonstrate a strong technological acumen and proficiency in process workflows. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate findings.
- Organization - Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, adept at prioritization while considering input from multiple stakeholders.
- Communication - Display exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- A keen interest in harnessing data to enhance business processes and facilitate decision-making.
HERE'S WHAT Preferred Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in managing CMMS/work order applications, performance management, and data analytics is advantageous.
- Skilled in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
