Position Summary:
This position reports to the Administrative Services Manager and is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities and bank equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position will also supervise the courier activities and coordinate mail and bank supplies distribution.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise all courier activities.
- Coordinate mail and bank supplies distribution.
- Assist with courier responsibilities as needed.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment that are not under contract for repair by outside vendors.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical (if qualified) and troubleshooting.
- Transport, connect and operate bank generators to bank branches, as necessary for testing and/or usage under emergency conditions.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to gain a working knowledge of equipment function, etc, to assist with repairs and replacements.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on facility, i.e. AC filter replacements, septic system treatment and coordination of vehicles maintenance.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material-handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Weekend set-up and break down at community events.
- Offsite delivery and pickup of water, supplies, tents, tables, etc.
- Interior and exterior signage maintenance, including ATM signage.
- Cleaning of building exteriors as directed.
- Perform small painting projects as directed.
- Assist marketing department with set up and breakdown of marketing displays, etc.
- Meet with vendors at various locations to facilitate repairs.
- Move furniture between various facilities as directed.
- Flexibility to facilitate after hour or weekend repairs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Working Conditions:
This position spends a majority of time traveling from branch to branch transporting mail and packages. Position requires extensive travel, as it is the primary function of the position.

Experience And Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. 5+ years facility maintenance experience required. Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record. A/C experience preferred. Electrical, plumbing and painting experience preferred.
