Facilities Coordinator - DISH

Department Summary:

Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests from field offices
• Coordinate with third party service providers
• Track preventative maintenance services to ensure contract compliance
• Prepare and provide status reports,updates, and tracking of various projects and services
• Assist with processing invoices for vendors
• Manage purchase orders, procurement of FF&E, and tracking of related expenses
• Support Facilities Managers as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

A successful Facilities Coordinator will have the following:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work well with staff at all levels 
• Ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of excellence
• Proficient Google suite skills, including: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Extremely organized and detail oriented

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. 

 

Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. Salary Range:USD $20.72 - $29.62 / Hour
