Job description
The Lease Administration Analyst, coordinates day-to-day inquiries form Landlords, abstracts, clarifies and shares leasing information within the lease administration group or lease administration housing tool and forwards and follows up on any other service requests, if and when such request are initiated via Lease Administration team tools or points of contact. In addition, the incumbent works as a liaison and point of contact between Lease Administration Housing service provider and Property Taxes Payment Processing service provider, to ensure all obligations of the employing entity, as tenant, or Landlord , are timely and fully meet, as per supporting leasing documents all in a timely and high quality manner.
Assesses, evaluates, and maintains the obligations incurred as per the property leases within the entities property portfolio, representing the entity on the day to day obligations under the leases before Landlords, tenants, administrative jurisdictions and taxing authorities, and interfacing between those and internal facilities management groups, such as Transactions, facilities management, Property Insurances, accounting, and others.
Plans, prioritizes, manages and performs portfolio maintenance activities and systems to minimize disruptions to the Lease Administration activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years proven experience in same or relevant position (Lease administration experience preferred, Facilities management experience also valued, proficiency with office in general, and Excel in particular is needed).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Task oriented, comfortable with meeting full role responsibilities, escalating for guidance when needed
• Comfortable interacting with Landlords, Tenants, or their representatives
• Ability to do Teamwork or assume objective oriented tasks, as needed, case by case.
• Interact effectively and communicate effectively and respectfully, mindful of the culture and diversity of the audience
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Ability to work with diverse range of personalities and express their thoughts concisely/professionally
• Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
