Primary Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs
· Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
· Address facility issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Compliance
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Vendor Management
· Manage relationships with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
Safety & Cleanliness
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
· Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment and safety systems.
Facility Upkeep
· Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant’s interior and exterior spaces.
Qualifications
· Minimum age 18+
· Experience in facility management or maintenance preferred
· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance practices
· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
· Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying conditions
