This position will be located at our Corporate Office:2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd,Phoenix, AZ 85027
Our ideal candidate
Coordinates the maintenance of facilities and equipment owned and/or leased by the Credit Union. Maintains maintenance and compliance records. Supports the needs of departments.
A typical day might include the following
- Provides back up to the mailroom responsibilities
- Type’s routine correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains records. Work order management. Is back up for recording weekly generator hours, SPCC checklist monthly at Pinnacle Peak and Gilbert locations
- Greets scheduled and unscheduled visitors related to the facilities department and directs them to appropriate area or person.
- Assists with Administrative duties for Assistant Director of Facilities.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Obtain quotes, schedule, oversee and document planned and unplanned maintenance items for all credit union facilities
- Directs and assists the services of: Fire suppression and alarm system tests, Landscaping, AV equipment, Janitorial, Patch and paint, Mechanical PM’s (Building and Data Center), General maintenance (electrical, plumbing, cabling, office equipment installs and moves, etc.) at the Pinnacle Peak building and Gilbert
- Assist with the coordination of special projects (large scale moves, equipment installs, renovations, etc.)
- Perform routine inspections of: Landscaping and parking lot, Building facilities check at Pinnacle Peak building and as directed at branches (lighting, restrooms, break rooms, meeting rooms, walls, ceilings, carpet, furniture, AV equipment)
- Maintains parking assignments
- Issues new associate name plaques
- Is back up for key log controls
- Back for monthly safety meetings
- Performs ergonomic assessments
- Provides AV support
- Unlocks offices and desks as directed
- Unlocks shred bins as needed
- Back up to the person that checks cameras at Pinnacle Peak building and branches
- Supports building events.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
- Orders and maintains office and kitchen supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance. Coordinates kitchen clean-up schedule
- Reads and routes incoming mail.
- Administers offices supply and stationary vendors
- Preventative maintenance schedules
- Minor maintenance/repairs i.e. light bulb replacement, lock core changes
- Knowledgeable in Building controls
- Develop an understanding of Credit Union philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures and comply with the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, AML, OFAC and all other applicable State and Federal Financial Institution Regulations.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years’ experience in facilities management or related field preferred
- Proficient computer/word processing and spreadsheet experience.
