- Daily maintenance of the facility and responsive to any issues or requests regarding all GI offices
- Maintenance of floor plans and assist with space planning
- Coordination and scheduling of moves with the IT Helpdesk.
- Serve as a liaison with building management and the Director of Administrative Services
- Scheduling, coordination and supervision of vendor work with the Building including the day porter service.
- Assist with building IDs, guest badges and registration with building security
- Process relevant facilities invoices
- Assist with facilities projects including build-outs, demises, and restacks
- Implement and socialize new facilities procedures
- Assist in the response of any facilities related issues like power outages, leaks, HVAC issues, etc.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continued improvement of facilities related practices.
Requirements:
- No educational requirements.
- 1+ year of experience coming out of any professional office environment, preferably finance but really any corporate experience should work.
