About the Job
As a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for maintaining all the physical components of buildings owned and operated by our client. This includes mechanical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, fire suppression and detection systems, emergency/security systems, electrical, plumbing and locks systems. The goal is to operate, maintain, and repair existing equipment and facilities used in support of the company's operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Maintenance of production equipment and other facilities' support equipment
* Assign and process work orders.
* Scheduling of all predictive and preventative maintenance
* Maintenance of all applicable records
* Daily monitoring of the facilities' equipment and systems
* Handle hazardous materials including chemicals
* Responsible for minor repairs and maintenance
* Responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory
* Requesting of vendor quotes as well as schedule and supervise all repairs that cannot be done in-house
* Interface with process development and production groups for equipment qualification, testing, and maintenance modification within an ISO framework
* Any other tasks assigned by the employee's manager.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials.
• 5+ years of experience performing minor repairs and maintenance.
• 5+ years of hands on experience in facilities maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Computer skills.
• Communication skills, organization skills, mechanical skills, problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing environments and to different tasks.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent certificate.
Language Skills
Bilingual English/Spanish conversational preferred.
Mathematical Skills
Intermediate Math and Data entry skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to identify problems, propose and carry out solutions according with company goals and strategies.
Physical Demands

Annual Salary DOE- $75,000- $120,000
