Position Summary

This position maintains the facilities for residential and commercial properties, executes work orders, and ensures properties maintain excellent first impressions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Surveys buildings, ensuring consistency with health and safety standards.
• Conducts general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance install, drywall repair, windows, etc.)
• Performs basic maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Performs manual repairs when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum high school or GED required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA and NEC regulations are a plus!
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician
• Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented
• Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Local travel required
