Role Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Manager will assist in the operations of the Bronco Off-Roadeo site located in Las Vegas.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks. Specifically, support in building maintenance, which can include carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a general maintenance type position and comfortable working weekends.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical, carpentry, plumbing, equipment repair
- Perform preventive building maintenance duties
- Perform routine plumbing repair
- Perform routine electrical repairs
- Complete assigned work as requested by team members
- Overall support during events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a related maintenance position
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Detail oriented and accurate in assigned work.
- Able to work independently
- Follow directions and be meticulous
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Present a professional and respectful attitude toward the team members and guests.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.
Working Conditions
- Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequently required to walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Comfortable working on ladders (not often)
- Mechanical and general use of standard hand tools
