Salary: $23.61 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Respond to on-demand maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist in facility improvement projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
