Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: 7001 Martin Luther King Jr
Blvd., Paris, KY, 40361
Duration: 6 months contract (with a possibility of extension depending on the client needs)
Work schedule: 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures
Conduct general maintenance activities primarily on machinery and related equipment
Maintain repair and maintenance records
Maintain building electrical systems and heating and cooling equipment
Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc
Answer security alarm calls as needed
Assist with replacing ceiling tiles, patching, painting, and assisting with facility maintenance projects.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 3 years applicable direct experience in a similar position Collaboration Tool: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Applied maintenance experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred Skills in mathematics, personal computers and related applications are vital Interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of HVAC systems required
