Belay Technologies is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our intel team. We are in search of a Facilities Manager to support our Okinawa, Japan site. Candidate will manage field site facility requirements to include building maintenance, local power interfacing, backup generator operation/maintenance, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to include air handlers and chillers. Candidate will monitor and review all maintenance work performed by Local National Laborers to ensure tasks are executed in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also require assistance to the site COR in the management and review of services provided to the site.
Must be willing to work night shift only (Saturday-Tuesday 10pm-6am, EST)
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
+ TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
+ Ten (10) years' experience in power systems operations/ maintenance, high voltage equipment, electrical switchgear, and UPS systems
+ At least four (4) years' experience in monitoring and administering support contracts.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
+ Linux administration, basic networking knowledge, excellent customer service experience, SSH familiarity, event logging documentation experience, and accurate execution of scripts
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
+ Comfortable interacting with customer, users and other teams regarding system information and troubleshooting

Salary Range: $114,000 to $164,000
