Monitor expenses to ensure they align with approved budget and mitigate project risks. + **Must be familiar with fixing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, dry-wall/paint, tile/grout and equipment repair, sheet metal, handy with tools/maintenance** + Safety and Compliance - Actively address all site occupational health and safety concerns to reduce accidents and downtime. + Communication and Team Management - Regularly update the management team about significant work progress and challenges.
