A day in the life of a Facilities Office Assistant at The Iowa Clinic:
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team
- Make independent judgements and decisions regarding planning, organizing, scheduling meetings and appointments, prioritizing own work
- Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel
- Producing high quality reports, presentations, and other documents
- Must have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate and/or healthcare setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Excel spreadsheet and word processing software
- Previous detail-oriented administrative support experience required
- Facilities experience a plus!
