Full-Time, Contract – 12 months
Job Description: As a Space Planning Coordinator, you will be the mastermind behind efficiently organizing and optimizing space and facilities to meet operational needs. Your expertise in planning, scheduling, and coordinating moves within operating departments will be essential for maintaining peak organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement space utilization plans aligned with organizational efficiency goals.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental moves while ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Analyze space to match demands with available facilities, maximizing utility.
- Evaluate current space usage and forecast space demand based on departmental needs.
- Maintain and update the facilities database, accurately tracking moves and changes.
- Calculate and report space utilization rates by area, providing valuable insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in space planning or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Excel, enabling you to effectively manage and analyze data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate space allocation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
