Facilities Principal (Building Enclosure/Structural Restoration) - ECS Ltd

• Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.
• Responsibilities also include performing the following:
  • Overseeing projects.
  • Performing technical report reviews.
  • Preparing and reviewing proposals.
  • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
• Responsibilities may also include:
  • Leading and coaching junior staff members.
  • Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
• Responsibilities may also include mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.
• Responsibilities may also include participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).

• For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
• Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
