Facilities Services Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Responsibilities:
Act as a main point of contact for all employees and vendors
Assist with mail and package distribution and occasional parcel drop offs to the mailroom
Assist with mailings for all departments within the office
In charge of copying, binding, scanning documents
Coordinate inbound and outbound calls
Assist with all facility requests, including, but not limited to: repairs, hanging whiteboards/pictures, arranging furniture, setting up desks and monitors, etc;)
Order office supplies, catering and handle all maintenance requests as needed
Provide administrative support for the office
Engage in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have prior facilities experience in an office setting
Associate's degree preferred, but not required
3+ years in an office setting is preferred
Must be experienced coordinating logistics for meetings including scheduling of rooms, catering, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Excellent attention to detail
After hours and weekend work may be required
Requires lifting boxes and rearranging furniture up to 50 lbs
