The Facilities Supervisor will support the Caleb Brett business by working with the local Branch Managers in the West Gulf Coast Region to ensure we are providing a safe and clean working environment. We're looking for someone that has several years of experience in the construction, building maintenance, and project management field.
What You'll Do On The Job:
- Work with the branch managers to ensure the sites across the region are maintained, clean, organized, secure, and up to date to current government & Intertek standards.
- Develop and deploy a Preventative Maintenance schedule for the sites that includes the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, & Mechanical systems.
- Repair minor plumbing issues.
- Repair minor electrical issues.
- Repair minor HVAC issues.
- Repair minor mechanical issues.
- Work with approved vendors to repair / replace items that require a licensed technician.
- Obtain multiple quotes for all projects.
- Supervise projects across the region to make sure they are completed according to the schedule and on budget.
- Prepare and submit reports to upper management
- Be a positive company representative to clients
- Set a positive example for all employees through professional behavior and maintenance of a professional atmosphere in the workplace.
What You Need To Be Successful:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years + construction experience preferred.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-Starter with Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal, Time Management, and Project Management Skills
- Valid Drivers License With Reliable Driving Record
