Facilities Technician | Direct Hire | Sign-On Bonus - azimuth

Our client is a top player in the food manufacturing industry, known for producing high-quality products such as bread, donuts, and more. They are seeking dedicated Facilities Technicians to fill both day and night shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of their facilities. 

Facilities Technician Responsibilities: 

• Perform compressor rebuilds, including removals and installs. 

• Execute header and equipment pump downs. 

• Troubleshoot and maintain water spray systems, boilers, and air compressors, coolers and chillers. 

• Handle ammonia/refrigeration (NH3) systems effectively. 

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. 

• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor control systems. 

• Perform light plumbing and HVAC work as needed. 

• Manage light fixture repairs and maintenance. 

• Assist with PLC troubleshooting (basic understanding required). 

Schedule: 

• 2-2-3 Schedule 

• Day Shift: 5 am - 5 pm 

• Night Shift: 5 pm - 5 am 

Compensation: 

• $29 – $37/hour 

• $5,000 sign-on bonus 

Job Requirements: 

• Electrical experience. 

• Physically fit to meet the demands of the role. 

• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and pump systems. 

• Familiarity with ammonia/refrigeration (NH3) systems. 

• Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting. 

• Experience with cooler/chiller systems, plumbing, HVAC, and light fixtures.
