Description:
TEKsystems is looking to hire for a facilities management role - This an experienced role needs that requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and some facilities management experience. The Client is open to training the right candidates, but prefers some relevant experience
o Computer Skills – Sharepoint, Teams, Microsoft Suite
o Customer Service Skills – This is a store so greeting visitors, badges, and answering phones
o Recently went from a K Drive (everything was documented in here) and now it got moved to a Sharepoint
o Misc. Admin project
o POS – Taking a new product, assigning a barcode, and getting the item updated (Cafeteria)
o New Visitor Module – People come in and get a badge – making sure this is properly setup; flow charts arranged for this
o Ability to adapt to different job duties
o More facility focused – plumbing and electrical (understanding what an outlet is, finding a breaker in a service panel, troubleshooting lightening)
o Security Systems/Camera Setup
o Basic troubleshooting on printers
o Owning shipping process – FedEx, UPS, DHL; understanding international shipments and customs
o Adaptability, Mechanical Aptitude,
o Forklift Experience
o Alert System for Building
o May have some direct reports for cleaning services
