Real Estate and Workplace is looking for a temporary employee to assist our facilities team. The facilities team is responsible for the in-person office experience for CHG offices, and ensures that our facilities are safe, clean, and properly maintained. As a temporary employee on the facilities team you will assist the other facilities coordinators in caring for the facility, setting up rooms, and help with day to day facilities tasks. This role will report to facilities manager.
Responsibilities:
- Daily floor walks to restock refresh rooms, replace whiteboard markers, clean whiteboards and report on building issues
- Setup conference rooms and meeting spaces for team events
- Sort incoming mail and deliveries and process outgoing mail
- Daily campus walks to clean up campus and check on state of campus
- Care for and water indoor office plants
- Archive files
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to walk around the campus while caring a 5-gallon bucket with 10 lbs
- Able to read and use Word and Excel
- Able to follow verbal and/or written directions
Education and Years of Experience:
- High school graduate
Preferred:
- Basic Word and Excel skills
- Previous facilities experience is a plus
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $23,000 -- $57,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
